Reporting Deadlines
Multi-State First Report of Injury Deadline Tracker
Enter each injury case once, with its site, knowledge date, first day away and days away to date. The Open Obligations Register looks up the site's state or Ontario, tests the lost-day threshold transcribed from that jurisdiction's rule row, and computes when the report is due, counting working or calendar days and holidays where the row states its day basis. Where the row gives a day count without saying calendar or working days, as most state first-report rules do, it shows a calendar-day reading to confirm instead of a date. It also shows the recipient (the carrier, a state board or commission, the Ohio BWC state fund or WSIB), the owner, the backup and the status. The Threshold Watchlist dates the day a case under a lost-day threshold would cross it if absence continues. Every result comes from a cited, versioned rule row with a last-verified date and a Verified or Unverified flag, and from the dates you enter. It is reference material, not legal advice, and you decide and file.
